11 new movies on Netflix this July You shouldn’t miss it


Netflix From zombie movies to strange and true documentaries about some of the biggest news stories of our time, there are plenty of two long-awaited sequels and other hits in July. The biggest hits on streamer in July are Gilmore 2, the Adam Sandler film, which arrives on July 25th, and Old Guard 2, an action fantasy starring Charlize Theron, Veronicavan, Keeweter Ezifol, Kiki Rain and Uma Thurman.

The platform’s popular Trainreck documentary series also features five new entries that arrived this month, including new foreign films such as Ziam’s Thai Zombie Horror and German thriller Brick. Many other beloved films like Friday Night Light and the original Karate Kid trilogy also fall soon.

With action, comedy and a selection of some important old favorites, these are the best new titles to appear on Netflix this July.

TrainWreck: The Cult of American Apparel (July 1)

Netflix’s TrainWreck series continues this month, with five film releases reminiscing about some of the most dramatic moments and media sensations of the past decades. The first article in July, The Cult of American Apparel, selling American-made basics to young trendy consumers, follows the rise of fashion brands that have finally folded as a result of CEO DOV Charney’s incontrol and a series of sexual harassment accusations against him. Other TrainWreck installments this month include The Real Project X (July 8th), Balloon Boy (July 15th), PI Moms (July 22nd) and Storm Area 51 (July 29th).

Mission: Impossible – Roguenation (July 1)

Mission: Impossible – In the final calculations, there’s no good time to go back and revisit some of the other great installments of the franchise, like the first mission directed by Rogue Nation in 2015, The First Mission: Tom Cruise’s frequent collaborator Christopher McQuarrie. It is also a film that brings Cruise’s Ethan Hunt alongside former MI6 agent Ilsa Faust, played by the series’ regular Rebecca Ferguson. The film (the other four members of the M:I franchise) arrives on Netflix on July 1st.

Mission: It’s not just the franchises that will drop on Netflix in July. You can also catch the original version of the 1984 Karate Kid and two sequels from the film when it dropped on July 1st. If you want to complete the Cobra Kai and revisit the original, then Ralph Macchio is Daniel Laruso and Pat Morita is Miyagi.

Friday Night Light (July 1st)

Peterberg’s 2004 drama Friday Night Light produced one of the great shows of early Aughts, but the film is independent as a sports classic. Billy Bob Thornton will star in Odessa, Texas as soccer coach Gary Gaines. Gary Gaines’ high school teams are more than just sports clubs, the soul of the town. After the team’s star player (Derek Luke) is injured, Gaines must restore morale and spirit not only within the team but throughout the community.

Charlize Theron is also available on the platform, as well as the leader of the group of immortal mercenaries in Old Guard 2, which arrives on Netflix 2 on July 2nd. cast Besides the original film, Uma Thurman is another actor with a serious action chop. She plays Discord, the immortal of a fellow, who is said to be the “agent of the mixed os” where Andy is forced to fight.

New Netflix original movie Ziam: Muay Thai fighter loglines can’t beat it. Fighting a zombie to save his girlfriend. Thai actor and musician Mark Pudding plays Singh, a boxer who has retired to his hometown and retired from a plan to live a quiet life with his girlfriend Lin. If you like martial arts, action, and infected undead stories, this is the good bloody time you’re looking for.

In the new German thriller Brick, Tim and Olivia (Matias Schweiefer and Ruby O. Fee) one day wake up and discover they are trapped in an invasive brick wall that appears out of nowhere. As it is an issue that affects their entire building, they need to work with their neighbors to find a way out of the mystical fortress and understand why it’s there in the first place. Brick will arrive on July 10th.

Tyler Perry’s Madea Destination Wedding (July 11th)

Tyler Perry’s Madea Destination Wedding is the 13th Madea film, the second film produced and streamed on Netflix. In the film, Perry returns as an outspoken Madea (playing her nephew, Brian) as the family travels to the Bahamas for an unexpected last minute wedding.

Mostal Cops is an upcoming Dutch comedy starring Jandino Asporaat and Werner Kolf as a strange couple in crime fighting. Asporat plays Ramon, a special investigator in Rotterdam. That new co-worker, Jack (Colff), is a former co-operative who has been demoted and reassigned to Ramon’s team. Their relationship is initially thorny, but after learning that they are both suffering from the loss of their loved ones by the same killer, they form a bond and go to full fellow cops to grab their perp.

Tropical Apocalypse (July 14th)

Tropics’ Apocalypse is Petra Costa’s latest documentary film, with its previous films including the 2019 Oscar nominated film The Edge of Democracy (also available on Netflix). Like that film, Tropical Apocalypse takes viewers deep into the often chaotic world of Brazilian politics, and there is a new film that focuses on the rise of evangelical Christian influences among many Brazilian leaders. The four-year film in the making of the film arrives on July 14th.

Happy Gilmore 2 (July 25th)

With timing all in the peak of nostalgia of the 1990s, it can be argued that there is no good time for the sequel to Adam’s Sandler’s happy Gilmore to arrive. Written by Sandler and Tim Herlihy, Happy Gilmore 2 reunites many of the cast of the original film, including Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Christopher McDonald. In the new film, Happy is now retiring from golf and is able to return to sports to pay her daughter’s tuition fees. The film features a bunch of professional golfer cameos along with Bad Bunny, who plays Happy’s new caddy. Happy Gilmore 2 will begin streaming on July 25th.
