13 Best Weight Blankets, Robes, Eye Masks (2025)
A more weighty eye mask
- Luna Hot/Cool Minky Fleece Weighted Eye Mask for $36: This is a solid mask for a price and in addition to being able to put in the freezer, you can also take out the insert and microwave it for a nice heat therapy. It’s about 10.5 ounces, which is slightly heavier than the other options.
- Nodpod Sleep Mask $34: It can go to the freezer, but not the microwave. Given that it is much narrower, it does not block all the light. It didn’t bother me, but some people prefer complete darkness. It can be draped across your face or looped over one side through the notch at the back. I tried both the original and the new ones Silk Version ($62)and I love the way the latter feels on my skin. Some reviews say it’s not too heavy and when you hold them side by side it looks lighter than the original. But I weighed them, and they are both 9 ounces.
Honorable mention
Most of the weighted blankets we tested are worth recommending. And there are many of them. However, these were not as prominent as the picks mentioned above.
Aricove weighted blankets from $170 to $275: This is the perfect cooling blanket for sleeping solo. It’s wonderful and thin so you won’t be trapped or too hot underneath. Available for 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, or 22 pounds
Avocado weighted blanket for $159: This blanket has a fantastic drape and is weighted by the filling of the dough. There are both recycled polyester and cotton cover options, and cotton has a nice smooth feel to it. It’s a sweet spot between the light weight of the helix’s similarly weighted blanket and the silky vibe of the Nudgie Eye Screen Blanket. It’s a great choice for soft and weighted ones, not too heavy.
Basics with Gravity Blankets: This blanket is one of our greatest favorites of all time, but has not been available for several months. If you can find it somewhere, it’s a great option to feel the same at $80, but cheaper than the competition. Available for £15
Casper weighted blankets were blanketed for $169 to $189: Casper is another popular bedding brand that is not knitting or stuffed toys, but a classic cool cotton, and can get hot. The more dense the size of the throw blanket, the more compact it feels comfortable to collapse even in the lightest models, but the heaviest ones are like human thunder. Casper has frequent sales. Available for 10, 15 or 20 pounds
Serious weighted blankets from $177 to $247: This blanket comes with a luxurious or cooling cover (or both), which is where it shines. There’s nothing worse than a blanket cover with just a few minutes of attachment points. The Gravid cover can be attached to a zipper that will make the full length of the blanket. The reason other brands don’t do this is beyond me. Available for 15 or 20 pounds
Gravity Weighted Blanket for $250-300: The gravity-based basics mentioned above are our first pick. Because it’s a great blanket for a great price. This original blanket from the brand is also excellent, and is available in more weights, sizes and clean colors, but you’ll need to fire it. Available for 15, 20 or 35 pounds
Layla weighted blankets range from $199 to $239: Our testers loved snuggling with our partners under Leila’s huge king size blanket. It has two sides with one cotton and one luxurious side. Available for 15, 20 or 25 pounds
Luna Sherpa throws for $70: We love many of the options on the Luna above, and this Sherpa throw is very soft and heavy enough for its size. The washing machine is also washable. Available for £10
Luxurious Weighted Blanket for $135+: Luxury makes my pair Favorite sheetAnd now I also love that blanket. I tried a one-piece blanket with one side made of bamboo lyocell and the other with a gorgeous minky fabric, but there are several options, including separate covers. Living under the bamboo was the extra cooling in the best possible way. It has an impressive amount of weight options. Available for 8, 15, 18, or 25 pounds
Quince knit weighted blanket for $150: This open knit blanket is less than Bearaby’s blanket, but is of high quality and uses recycled polyester fill. There’s only one 15 pound weight option, which is a little stiffer than what Bearaby offers. I like both models but if you want a draped blanket I’ll go with Bearaby. (Mud makes some Our favorite sheet. ) Available for £15
Saatva weighted blankets cost $345: This weighted blanket comes in a 12 pound throw size and a 20 pound queen size. This is one of the more expensive blankets we tested, and costs over $300 for a slow size alone, but the cotton velvet texture and glass beads weigh it is impressive, soft and comfortable It’s good. The 12 pound throw feels a little heavier than the other 12 pound blankets I’ve tried, probably due to the glass beads. Available for 12 or 20 pounds
Sleep Number True Temperature Weighted Blanket $200: This blanket comes with a cover intended to keep you cool all night, which was pretty accurate in my experience. I found out that there is polyester material just There are a few scratches so I don’t want to sleep directly underneath it, but usually I layer a weighted blanket over the sheet and comforter anyway. Available for 12 or 20 pounds
Thera weighted blankets range from $48 to $128: This blanket may be the softest thing I’ve ever touched, as if petting a furry animal. But after the first few weeks it took over my bed like a tear and sand. I think Kitty’s nails made the most of it, so keep that in mind and handle it carefully. Available for 10, 12 or 15 pounds
YNM Cooled PE-Nylon Blend Weighted Blanket ($70): Like the YNM bamboo blanket above, this weighted blanket is cool to touch, but instead of bamboo, it uses artificial polyethylene nylon. There are colors, but it actually makes shopping a little easier. Available for 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 25, or 30 pounds
Yogibo calms your antibacterial weighted blanket for $159: The actual blanket is cool cotton, but the real appeal here is because Yogibo’s famous cotton and spandex blend is used for the cover. The company says it is very soft and not lying. It is stretchy, smooth and machine washable (not the actual blanket). However, we found that pet hair clings to it, which is common in soft fabrics. Available for £15
