95, American Movie Star And film director Clint Eastwood is still strong.
Famous biographer Shawn Levy, author of the book “Clint: The Man and The Movies,” writes about health practices that have contributed to the actor’s longevity.
In a recent Air Mail article, Levy stated that Eastwood was “a lifelong gym rat; Fitness Freak“We’ve also been advocating “organic, low-fat diets” since the 1950s, when alfalfa buds and yogurt were considered exotic.

TM Training is available through a non-profit organization called the Maharishi Foundation. Training includes multi-session group courses with certified instructors.
