Bournemouth’s delight as Iraola and Kluivert won monthly Premier League awards


Bournemouth’s incredible form was reflected today when he scooped out both the Premier League Manager and the Player of the Month Awards in January.

Andoni Iraora took manager Gong for the second time in his career after leading Cherry to three wins and one draw from four games.

Iraola has broken through the four candidate list, including Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola. Eddie Howe of Newcastle and Mikel Arteta of Arsenal.

Justin Kleibert made Bournemouth 1-2 after scoring five goals and adding two assists to four games as the South Coast Club continued to challenge the place in the Champions League next season.

Kruyveld, son of Dutch legend Patrick, scored a penalty in a 1-1 draw at Chelsea before Bournemouth beat Newcastle 4-1 at St. James Park and scored a great hat-trick.

He followed it with goals and assists as Bournemouth defeated fellow High Flyers Nottingham Forest 5-0.
