“After making the first three, I was able to feel the energy and buzz from the start of the game. Even the second thing I shot and missed was an adrenaline rush.
“When that second thing came in, I knew there were a lot of games left, so I made sure I didn’t go any further than myself. But it was a special moment that allowed me to feel that energy and allow them to enjoy that milestone and achievement with me.”
The two MVPs had 11 points and five assists, making them 2-6 from 3-point range in the win, with Draymond Green leading the team by scoring the season-leading 23 points.
