Sean “Diddy” Combs admits he has not committed any crimes in a federal sex trafficking trial
Sean “Diddy” Combs pleaded not guilty to the latest version of the government’s claims against the rapper during a court hearing Friday.
The new indictment against Diddy extended the timeline for his sexual shortage and assault behavior, adding two more casualties. The prosecutors also accused the rapper of “Last Night” of forcing employees to work long hours by threatening employees with physical or reputational harm and forcing them to engage in sexual encounters with musicians.
Diddy appeared in court with noticeably grey hair on Friday. The rapper was wearing a tanned jumpsuit and was supported by his family, his mother and four children. At the end of the hearing, Diddy turned to her family and blew a kiss with her hands.

The prosecutor and Diddy’s legal team were in court to identify a few issues prior to his trial. Judge Arun Subramanian completed the timeline for the scheduled trial, where a survey will be handed over to potential ju judges on April 28th.

At the previous hearing, Judge Subramanian had scheduled a trial for Combs, which is scheduled to begin on May 5th. Prosecutors expect the government case will take six weeks to layout, but Diddy’s legal team estimates that two weeks will be needed to argue for the rapper’s defense.
Prosecutors said the discovery and production of Diddy’s team was made 25 separate times, but at this point they claimed that evidence was taken over at this point in the letter submitted Thursday.
The government seized a total of 96 devices from the combs during the attack on his home. There were 9 at the airport, 36 at Miami and 51 at Los Angeles. Authorities also seized Combs’ phone during his arrest on September 16th and searched his hotel room in Manhattan.

“I miss you,” the singer spends his time at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Diddy has been behind the bar since September.
The dishonorable music mogul fought to release his trial three times from prison pending the trial after a recent attempt was denied on November 27th. Combs offered up to $50 million to await trial from his Star Island home, but prosecutors argued that the musicians were a threat to witnesses and victims.

Authorities claimed Diddy ran. Crime companies Through his businesses such as Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. He fulfilled his sexual desire using “firearms, threats of violence, coercion, verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse,” according to an unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital.
