Pixel Watch 3 Pulse Loss Detection Alert is finally here
The US deployment of the Google Pixel 3’s pulse loss detection feature begins today. This feature can identify when a pulse is lost and automatically invoke emergency services if it does not respond. When a prompt pops up on the clock, you can enable it. Don’t worry if it’s not happening yet – the rollout is estimated to last for several weeks.

If you do not respond to the clock message and no movement is detected, a large alarm will be played and a countdown will appear on the screen. The emergency service call will then be placed on the LTE smartwatch or phone. Automated messages about the loss of pulses and your location will be shared with emergency operators.
