Katy Perry and Lauren Sanchez bring “spices to space” in flight suits
Katy Perry We’ve looked at the space suits she, Lauren Sanchez, Gale King, and other members of the Blue Origin team, who will wear for the release on Monday.
Perry posted the group Instagram photoswrote in the caption, “Happy International Day of Human Space Flight. Forever in the Universe and its alignment.”
In the photo, Perry, Sanchez, Gale, scientists and activists Amanda Nuguen, Aisha Bow and film producer Kellianne Flynn all wear dark blue jumpsuit-style ensemble decorated with the NASA patch, the surname patch and the Blue Origin logo on one arm.
Sanchez also shared a behind-the-scenes video of people’s initial reactions to the suit, walking into the room with his fiancé and owner Jeff Bezos from Blue, where people cheered for the exterior.

The journalist gave some details about the suit. She helped with the design, including the legs of the flared pants.
In another part of the clip, Sanchez stepped out of the car and stretched out his suit, “Well, they’re comfortable. Ok, that’s for sure!”
She also shared a video of a woman posing for a photo that Perry shared.
In an interview with New York TimesSanchez explained that he was involved in redesigning the space lawsuit.

“Usually these suits are made for men. Then they are tailored to suit women,” she told the outlet.
Sanchez contacted Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, co-founders of Brand Montse, who are also creative directors at Oscar de la Renta, to remake the look.
“I think the suits are elegant, but they bring a little. Space from spices” said the 55-year-old.
She said something Perry told her, “We’re putting an “A-” on the astronaut.”

Perry created a QUIP Interview with Elle Earlier this month, he told the outlet, “Space will finally be attractive. Tell me something. If I can make it attractive with me, I’ll do it. We’re going to put an “a-” on the astronauts. ”
Perry, Sanchez and the team will launch on April 14th, spending 11 minutes reaching 62 miles above the Earth at the limits of the atmosphere. Women don’t actually get to the trajectory.
