Frontline Insurance employs a root AI agent
Frontline Insurance has improved its billing and underwriting operations by selecting an AI agent from Insurtech Company Roots.
As Multi-State’s property and victim insurance company, Frontline offers solutions to the Southeastern United States.
Roots’ AI agents are driven by Insurgpt, a specialized Genai technology developed for the insurance industry.
Frontline will deploy routes to a variety of operational areas to enable employees to focus on “add value” tasks, Insurtech operators said in a statement.
“We are pleased to announce that Frontline Insurance CIO Kurt Bonigut has announced that: “Roots introduced industry knowledge and brought a level of expertise to the discussion that we didn’t get from other vendors. The Roots team critically understood our vision and provided a customer-centric solution. We are extremely excited about this partnership.”
“The manual process expands the teams of insurance organizations, increases efficiency and limits the ability to have a positive impact on customer service. With Roots, Frontline can implement cutting-edge AI for a more streamlined approach,” said Chaz Perera, co-founder and CEO of Roots.
Last month, Roots was rebranded from the previous name, Roots Automation.
The company serves the insurance industry through its AI platform. AI platforms leverage pre-trained, industry-specific AI agents to help insurers optimize their operational processes.
September 2024, roots Secured $22.2 million In a Series B funding round led by Harbert Growth Partners.
We also saw participation from Missionog, Vestigo Ventures and Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures in the round.
“Frontline Insurance employs Roots AI Agents” was originally created and published Life Insurance Internationala brand owned by GlobalData.
