The Agriculture Department will announce millions of cuts, including $230,000, for “Brazilian Forests and Gender Consultants.”


Agriculture Secretary Brook Rollins announced on Friday that nearly 80 contracts have ended, including Brazilian Forest and Gender Consultants and Central America’s Gender Assessment Consultants.

Rollins said the 78 active contracts under the Biden administration totaled more than $132 million, and more than 1,000 contracts are still under review due to potential termination.
