The guard, who only played one game for the Orlando Magic during the regular season, caught San Francisco in a storm on Saturday, winning three times in a row NBA Slam Dunk Contest. This is the first time an NBA player has won a event three times in a row.

The G League stars had four perfect dunks. Cleveland Cavaliers All-star Evan Mobley. He defeated Stephen Castle, the San Antonio Spurs guard, to maintain the championship.
“It feels like a blur,” he said. “That’s what I love to do. That’s where my creativity comes from. I really love this contest and I love dunking.”
McClung, who plays Osceora Magic in the G League, is the second dunker to win the contest three times. Naitrovinson won in 2006 and then won again in 2009 and 2010.

“I think the contest is beautiful,” McClung said. “I think it’s important that people want a bigger star, so I want to see it. …This contest is that the people in it want to do it. It’s special. We all love it.”
McClung’s performance sparked a response from Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant Milwaukee Bucks Star Giannis Anteto Compo.
“Mac may decide to dunk me,” Morant writes to X.
“If you do that, I do it with you,” added Antetocomo.
McClung has only five NBA games under his belt. In addition to magic, he played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers.
He has been preparing for the contest for nearly nine months and is unsure if he will win the fourth title.
