Russian drone and missile attacks kill at least four people in eastern Ukraine

Zelenskyy said Ukraine will work to strengthen air defenses, adding that “there is an urgent need for a positive signal from the US regarding air defense systems. We are still waiting to respond to requests to buy a useful system.”
He also thanked other European countries for sending supplies.
“We also need to achieve the outcome of joint production of air defense systems and missiles, which is absolutely essential for Europe as a whole,” he added. “Time is the only thing that separates us from the outcome, and most importantly, to shorten the times.”

“This is another savage murder,” he wrote along with a graphic photo of someone injured by X. “The air bombs were dropped by civilians in the city. There’s even a children’s railway nearby. This has no military significance.”
He said the attacks were “pure terrorism. And this has been going on for more than three years of full-scale war. This cannot be ignored. This cannot be overlooked. This is not a game of any kind, because every day Russia feels that it can act with immunity.

Trump responded to the attack on Friday and told Air Force 1 reporters, “Well, they gave Putin a reason to bomb hell from them last night. …When I saw it, I said, ‘Here we’re going to be on a strike.'”
