Bernie Sanders calls Elon Musk “Right-wing extremists” after Trump’s fallout

I-Vt. Sen. Bernie Sanders, of the group, labeled Tesla CEOs as “right-wing extremists,” after explosive dropouts with President Donald Trump, ruled out the idea that Democrats should work with Elon Musk.

Musk said he “strongly supported Obama”, but modern Democrats felt that he was “hijacked by extremists” in April 2022. I’ll post it on X.

“Mask has evolved over the years. My understanding is that he actually voted for Obama in 2008. But over the years he has evolved into a right-wing extremist,” Sanders told CNN’s “United States Host” Dana Bash.

Musk supported Trump after surviving an assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, and later served as one of his top agents, spending hundreds of millions of dollars to elect him. Trump has given Musk to head the Office of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and entrusted him with cutting off waste, fraud and abuse from the federal bureaucracy. Musk’s tenure at Doge was tumultuous. He found billions of dollars in cutting spending, but his cuts in federal spending were far less than the $1 trillion he had promised. His business suffered from backlash against mask work within the administration.
