The Post was intended to celebrate Jadeja’s testing journey in the UK, but missed one important detail, Jadeja toured the UK in 2018. The 36-year-old cricketer immediately pointed out this, commenting on “2018” to remind the franchise and followers of his presence during the tour that year. This amendment not only highlighted de facto surveillance, but also served as a subtle reminder of Jadeja’s longevity and a consistent role in Indian test setups across multiple eras.
