Vance Bolterthe suspect who killed Minnesota Senator and husband and injured a second lawmaker and his wife had a weapon and a hit list for his car, according to court documents.
Belter, 57, is said to be posing as a police officer, driving a Ford SUV registered in his name and equipped with police lights to fire the Minnesota Senator. Melissa Hortman And her husband, Mark, allegedly shot and killed Democrat Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, in a related attack at their nearby Shampurin home early Saturday morning at their home in Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis.
The criminal charges issued by Hennepin County District Court stated.
Inside the vehicle, police recovered an ominous cache of weapons, including a manifesto listing names and addresses of other civil servants, including at least three AK-47 attack rifles and a 9mm handgun.

About 70 names were found in the manifesto, according to two law enforcement officials who spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity. Authorities said the list also includes information about the names of abortion rights advocates and medical facilities.

Former House Representative Dean Phillips claimed in an X post that his name is on the list found in Boerter’s car.
“As someone whose name is on his list, I am truly grateful to the Minnesota law enforcement experts.” Phillips wrote. “Now, we must take steps to prevent political violence before it’s too late.”
Volter was filmed on a Sunday night Two Day Manhunt The official called the largest in the state’s history.

Hennepin County District Court issued criminal charges claiming to Voltater, with four felony cases intentionally (not planned) issued.

All charges are felony, each sentenced to a maximum of 40 years in prison, with a mandatory minimum of three years for use of a firearm.
