Support staff celebrated the fun opportunity with laughter and smiles, and saw each other playfully hugging each other. After years of heartbreak at the global tournament, the victory gave South African cricket a fresh and proud chapter. Airport reception was not welcome. It was a tribute to the determination and grit that the team showed throughout their WTC journey.
