Trinbago Knight Riders announces new head coach appointments for CPL 2025
Important development before the 13th edition Caribbean Premier League (CPL), Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR)) has brought a famous change in their leadership structure. CPL 2025 is scheduled to start on August 14th, with the four-time champion being named new head coach and leading the future.

Decorated career and coaching pedigree to back it up
There is no doubt about Bravo’s qualification as a stubborn T20. Over the span of the 11 CPL season, he appeared in 107 games, bagging 129 wickets and maintaining an economy of 8.74. He spent nine seasons with TKR and was part of five CPL championship campaigns, including Stint, who won the titles with St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in 2021.
Since hanging the boots in franchise cricket, Bravo has been closely involved in the game. He was named head coach Abu Dhabi Knight Rider in ILT20 I served as a mentor Kolkata Night Rider in IPL 2025 season. Previously he worked as a bowling consultant for the Chennai Super Kings in 2023 and 2024. Most recently he was part of the coaching staff in Afghanistan. 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cupthe team played the historic semi-finals.
TKR ran a mixed campaign in 2024, finishing third in the league stage before bowing in the Eliminator with the Barbados Royals. With a new coaching structure in place and Bravo’s familiarity with the TKR ecosystem, there are strong bouncebacks this season.
