US State Department It has issued warnings to people traveling around the world, citing the possibility of demonstrations against American citizens.
“The conflict between Israel and Iran has led to disruption and regular closures of airspace travel across the Middle East,” the State Department said in a warning advisory around the world. “There is a possibility of demonstrations against the interests of US citizens and overseas. The State Department advises US citizens around the world to pay attention.”
Last week, the State Department warned US travelers not to travel to places such as Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank due to armed conflict, terrorism and civil unrest.
The threat is as follows: Terrorist Grouplonely terrorists and other violent extremists continue to plot the potential of attacks in areas with little or no warning, targeting tourist sites, transport hubs, markets and local government facilities.
Turkish government officials have been warned to maintain a low profile and avoid personal travel to the country’s southernmost provinces.
An alert issued Sunday states that “negative sentiment towards US foreign policy could encourage action against Turkey’s US or Western interests.”
