Worksport recorded revenue of $1.3 million in May, with margins rising

The May margin improved to about 23% from the first quarter 2025 level, to about 23% based on its focus on high-value branded products and operational efficiency at its manufacturing facilities in New York.

The management project projects a total margin to a trend toward 30% by the end of the year, reflecting the expected benefits of scale and ongoing cost optimization. The company also expects to have positive cash flow by the end of the year.

Worksport’s Active Dealer Network expanded from 94 in the fourth quarter of 2024 to over 550.

Management expects to offer another strong month in June 2025 as two recently onboarded national distributors are increasing orders.

Worksport CEO Steven Rossi said with the launch of Solis and Cor Clean-Tech products this fall, Worksport is targeting billions of dollars of clean energy and portable power markets.

The company said it believes that products protected by these margins will accelerate critical and consistent growth over the next few years.

Workport will project revenues of approximately $20 million by 2025. The company noted that its current market capitalization is below the expected revenue this year.

Price Action: WKSP stocks rose 0.10% at Prema Market at $2.80 in its final check on Monday.
