The charges against Mosquera Serrano include conspiracy to coordinate cocaine trafficking from Colombia to the United States and to provide material support to designated foreign terrorist organizations.

Douglas Williams, special agent in charge of FBI Houston, said: “The borders will not protect him from justice. With the help of the public, we will eradicate the TDA and end their campaign of fear and crime that has crossed their border.”

The US Treasury has also approved Mosquera Serrano in connection with his suspicious TDA activities.
“The TDA focuses on terrorizing our community and promoting the flow of illegal drugs to our country, relying on key leaders like Mosquera Serrano to fund and oversee violence operations,” Treasury Secretary Scott Becent said. “In close collaboration with US law enforcement partners, the Treasury plans to use all the tools available to disrupt the group’s criminal enterprises and make America safe again.”
A federal arrest warrant has been issued to Mosquera Serrano, US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
This multinational law enforcement effort includes a broad coalition of agencies. In addition to the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, officials from the DEA, Homeland Security, ATF, the Texas Public Safety Department, the Houston Police Department and the Columbia National Police Department are involved in Manhunt. The FBI’s legal attachment in Bogotá also supports this case.
