Acting Christopher Scanlon’s acting Buffalo, New Yorklost his nomination for Senator Sean Ryan after a shortage in the city’s Democratic primary on Tuesday night.

Scanlon acknowledged the primary to Ryan, thanking his supporters and apologised for not “tonight doing that for you.”

“Getting the type of support the campaign had at this point was the humblest experience of my life,” Scanlon said.

Ryan with county approval Democratsdeclared victory and pledged to unite the city.

“We know that we need to unite Buffalo not just as Democrats, but as Buffalooners,” Ryan said.

The Associated Press called for the victory for Ryan, who had 46.5% of the vote. Scanlon was short of 35.3% of votes.
