The administration cannot illegally dismiss the program, like a bipartisan electric vehicle infrastructure program, so that the president’s large oil friends can continue to earn record profits,” Bonta said in a statement. “We are pleased that today’s orders are blocking the administration’s unconstitutional attempt to do so, and California looks forward to fiercely protecting this administrative department from overreach.”

Lynn gave the Trump administration seven days to appeal until the order came into effect on July 2nd.
