Spanish FA condemns online abuse of judges who sent Jude Bellingham

The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) says the referee has been “repelled” by Vitriol, directed at Josem Nura Montero after sending Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham on Saturday.

Bellingham was fired in the first half of a 1-1 draw at Osasuna after Montero decided he had used abusive language in his direction.

England International claimed he simply expressed frustration, and that Slur had not aimed at being an official.

Montero was then seen being targeted by online trolls and said that RFEF was sufficient.

“Professional judges are absolutely repulsed by the attacks and threats that my colleague Jose Luis Munula Montero receives through social networks.

“These attacks add to the hatred and verbal violence that we have to perform our professional work every weekend, and in the basic categories, it is more unfortunately, often more unfortunately physical violence. .”

He said nothing bad – Bellingham

Shortly after the match, Bellingham said “f*** off” in the general sense, but Montero claimed instead that he oversaw the term “f*** you.”

“I didn’t say anything bad to the judge,” Bellingham said. “It’s clear that there was a communication error.

“It’s a Spanish word ‘Joder’ expression, and as a result, he left us with one player. It was not an insult, it was an expression for me. ”

Despite taking a 1-0 lead until halftime, Madrid’s numerical disadvantage turned out to be costly in the second half.

Osasuna was awarded a penalty 58 minutes after Eduardo Camavivanga’s late challenge, and Anti Bodhimeer converted from the spot to 1-1.

The visitors were unable to recover their advantages and last night’s 1-0 victory over Rayo Vallecano settled in an frustrating draw that allowed Barcelona to head the LA La Liga.

Bellingham’s apology

After the match, Bellingham announced an apology to his teammates for putting him in a difficult position, not a referee.

“I’m here today to apologize to my teammates because I put them in a difficult situation today,” he admitted.

“I have never scorned the judge. I’m happy to see a video showing reality despite the judge’s report.”

Next up after Madrid is the second leg against Manchester City at the Champions League Knockout Phase Playoffs tomorrow night.
