TSA adds security lanes to military service members

First on FOX: Transportation Security Management (TSA) announced changes to the airport security process that will begin to take effect at select airports on Tuesday, including new security lanes for active service members and TSA Precheck discounts for uniformed service communities.

Goldstar’s families will be exempt from TSA Precheck registration fees for those who lose their family in their duties. Exemptions include PreCheck, Clear, Idemia and Telos through providers. Additionally, active Department of Defense (DOD) service members will earn $25 from their TSA pre-check fees.
Active Services male and female and private DOD staff are already eligible for free TSA Precheck.

The “Honor, Travel With Susase” initiative, “Serve With Honor,” will be officially announced in San Antonio, Texas, ahead of what is expected to be extremely busy during the July 4th travel weekend.
