Diversified REIT, Inc., a medalist headquartered in Virginia. (NASDAQ: MDRR) is a real estate investment trust specializing in the ownership, relocation, renovation, lease and management of income-produced real estate. The company’s focus is primarily on the commercial real estate sector. Operated as an umbrella partnership real estate investment trust (UPREIT), the company owns real estate through its subsidiary, medalist Diversified Holdings, LP.

In April, the company applied for $100 million in common stock offerings and ended its amended and revised revolving credit bonds. Then, on June 12, 2025, the company signed an agreement to acquire commercial real estate in Pensacola, Florida, through its subsidiary MDRR XXV Depositor 1, LLC for $14,544,504.

Following these developments, board chairman, CEO and president Frank Kavanaugh is a medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. I bought 4,000 shares of (NASDAQ: MDRR) at a price of $11.75 each.

With a closing price of $11.11 as of June 25, 2025, the stock offers a dividend yield of 2.14%, and is one of the best dividend bargains for investors looking for a stable income.
