Boxing Results: Albert Batilgaziev suffers shocking halt loss to James Dickens in Istanbul
2021 Olympic gold medalist and IBA World Super Featherweight Champion Albert Batilgaziev (12-1, 8 KOs) were stopped by former British champion James “Jaza” Dickens (36-5, 15 KOs) in the fourth round on Wednesday night at Rixostelsan Istanbul, Istanbul. Batirgazhiev went down twice in the fourth round. The match was stopped at 2:26 in the round.
In the first two rounds, Dickens had a slightly faster round than Bachilgaziev. In the third round, Batilgaziev drew blood from Dickens’ nose to the left in the middle of the round.
In the fourth round, Dickens drew blood from Batilgaziev’s nose. Dickens landed three leftists on the chin and dropped Batilgazief for an eight count from the judge. Dickens went right after him, pulling his head down and slamming him without warning, landing a gust of punches and dropping him again with a right hook into his chin as the corner was thrown into the towel.
In his co-stars, IBA Super and European lightweight champion Hovhanesbakov (8-0,7 KOs) stopped WBA InterContinental and Ibo World Champion Xolisani Ndongeni (33-7, 19 KOs) at 1:46 in the ninth round of the scheduled 10 round.
In the first two rounds, Bachakoff was rebutted by Ndongeni while stalking Ndongeni around the ring and landing several body shots in return. At midway point in the third round, Bachakov had an ndogeni against the ropes, landing a surge in punches.
In the fourth round, Ndongeni spent some time in the middle of the ring. In the second half of the round, Bakkov scored on the body. In the final minute of the fifth round, Bakkov took Ngonni to the ropes.
In the final minute of the sixth round, Bachakov had an ndogeni against the ropes and was punished quite a bit. In the seventh round, Bakkov rocked Ngonni with a left hook on his chin. In the final seconds, Ndongeni caused blood from Bachkov’s lower lip.
At the halfway point of the eighth round, Bakkov landed half a dozen unanswered punches. At the last moment, Bakkov hurt Ndongeni with a body shot. A little more than a minute left, in the ninth round, Backov landed a pair of rights on his chin, dropping Njinni as the towel entered the ring from Ngoni’s corner, forcing Judge Luigi Boscarelli to shake it off.
Cruiserweight Ahmad “Tank” Mustafayev (0-1) was defeated by 2001 World Boxing Bronze medalist Japanese Madhyard Seydra Kimov (2-0), but recorded a knockdown.
In the second round, Mustafayev landed the first solid punch of the right match on Mustafayev’s chin. With one minute left, Mustafayev placed his hand in the air and was hit with a left hook into Saydrakhimov’s chin. In the third round, the tall Saydrakhimov landed numerous left hooks on Mustafayev’s body. For a little while left, Mustafayev landed the combination on Seydra Kimov’s chin.
In the fourth round, one minute later, rights from Mustafayev drew blood from Saydrakhimov’s nose. At the very end, he also had a blood-filled mouth. In the fifth round, one minute later, a right from Mustafayev on Saydrakhimov’s chin dropped him for an eight count from the judge Sergey Zhurkin.
In the final round of the sixth, Mustafayev rocked wildly, knowing that a knockout was necessary. Saydrakhimov controlled the round.

Featherweight Puneh ‘Tina’ Akhundtabar (1-1) was defeated by southpaw Mizugona Samadwa (1-0) on a six-round decision.
In the first two rounds, Samadva covered Ahhand Tabal. In the fourth round, Samadwa’s southpaw posture continued to confuse Ahntabal, with Samadwa controlling with her jab.
In the fifth round, Akhundtabar had a better round in the round that rounded the lead rights. In the sixth final round, Samadova scored another close round.

Welterweight world and European champion South Pole Garsum Tatar (4-2, 2 KOs) lost to Milana Sa Fronova (1-0), who scored his only knockdown in the 4×2 rounds or more.
In the first two rounds, Safronova used Chin’s effective lead rights in Southpaw Tatar. In the third round, Safronova pushed the Tatar into the canvas for the first minute and then again with the bell.
In the fourth round, Tatar finally landed the left wing in Safronova’s body. Safronova returned in the final minute. In the first minute of the fifth round, Safronova landed the jaw rights and scored an eight-count knockdown from referee Valerie Passhof. In the sixth final round, Safronova won another round.

Bare knuckle super middleweight El Noor Sureimanov (1-2, 1 KO) lost to Mikhailkokanchik (1-0) on a 3rd round decision.
In the final minute of the first round, Kokhanchik landed a solid jab, causing a cut in Suleymanov’s left eyelid. With seconds remaining, a left hook from the chin Kokanchik dropped Suleimanov for an eighth count from referee Mario Ivanov.
In the second round, in the opening match on the right side from Kokhanchik, a cut opened for Suleymanov’s right eye, and the closure began soon. In the third and final round, Suleimanov landed the right on Kokanchik’s chin. Kokanchik began to move around the ring and avoided using his jab until the last minute.

Bare-knuckle super-middleweight mullet “Road Pit Bull” Kazugun (2-1, 1 KO) defeated Will Choop (3-8, 2 KOs) with a 3-round decision.
In the first round, Kazugan illuminated the chop, overhandedly cutting his left eyebrow to the right and placed it on the rope. In the second round, Choop started quickly, drawing blood from Kazugan’s left brow as Kazugan returned well. In the third final round, Kazugan surpassed Choop in the first half of the round.
