Trump said he would officially sign the bill at the White House around 5pm on Friday, saying that US Air Force jets will soar above the head at the celebration.

“We signed it around 5pm and will be flying around the B-2, F-22 and F-35 by around 5pm. White House…So we’ll sign those beautiful planes flying above our heads,” he told reporters at Tarmac.
