The ry judge also found that he was innocent to a count of additional sexual abuse twice.
“We recognize that there are people who fear that individuals with celebrity status or famous status can avoid prosecution. Not Clackamas County.” According to ESPN.

The incident occurred in Lake Oswego, Oregon in October 2021, and McLemore was identified as a suspect in the authorities after a woman’s complaint.

During the trial, Clackamas County Prosecutor Scott Healy told the ju judge that the woman died on a living room sofa around 2am. She regains partial consciousness the next morning when McLemore sexually penetrates her with his fingers and then has sex with her.
McLemore’s team of lawyers challenged the claim, saying she had commenced sexual contact and agreed to it. The lawyer also argued that women were so calm that they agreed to sexual contact.
A Kansas product, McLemore played nine seasons in the NBA and five seasons with the Sacramento Kings.
