If I’m dealing with breakouts (usually hormonal), I spray this toner on my face at night after purifying and drying my skin. To get a more accurate application, I sometimes spray it on the palm of my hand, then tap the product on my skin, focusing on the area where I’m broken. Wait for it to dry before applying moisturizer to the top with eye cream and retinol.
