Flyers’ recent experience with travel has gained thousands of responses and sparked discussions about reclining plane seats.
Posting on the “R/Delta” Reddit forum, the user explained that he was back in Seattle and sat in his coach’s class.
“The man in front of me is completely lying down, so I recline very gently on the way,” the person wrote.
“The woman behind me suddenly went into full ‘Karen’ mode, demanding that she move her seat three times, flight attendantwhining about not being able to use your laptop properly,” the user said.
The woman repeatedly pushed behind the seat, users said.

Jacqueline Whitmore, an Etiquette experts We spoke with Fox News Digital, a Florida-based former flight attendant, about the issue of lying on a plane in her seat.
“Most plane seats are designed to recline to provide more comfort to passengers, especially on longer flights,” Whitmore said. “So travelers have the right to recline their seats.”
