Signed to the new Arsenal, Martin Zubimendi praised Martin Odegaard and explained why he has “many commonalities” with boss Mikel Arteta after completing a “huge” move from the Spanish side Real Sociedad to the Premier League giants.

Zubimendi has played 169 times with Merino for Sociedad and Spain and knows Arsenal’s Captain Odegard from the midfielder spell on loan from Real Madrid in 2019/20.
