“The settlement applies to original Apple Watch, Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3 buyers, which are no longer available to purchase,” the company said in a statement. “I strongly oppose the claims made against these early-generation Apple Watch models, but I agreed to settle them to avoid further litigation.”
