Visa Inc. (v) wants only “peace” and means Jim Kramer, not pie

Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) is one of the largest payment processing companies in the United States. The stock has grown 13% since the start of the year, but lost 4.8% since early June. After advances in Genius Law in Congress, stocks fell over, paving the way for stable and alternative forms of payment in America. Cramer rarely commented on the impact of Stablecoins, particularly on his favorite merger between Capital One and Discovery, but he discussed the impact of the transaction on Visa Inc. (NYSE:V). He believes the company will not emulate the size of the network that arises from a single capital transaction.
“(Why (why visas don’t emulate capitals that try to create major networks), they’re just an exchange, they just want to take the work. They really don’t want credit risk.”
