Mario Takis warns New Yorkers of “vigilance” after the fatal Manhattan shooting

Rep. Nicole Malliotakes (Rn.Y.) warns New Yorkers to remain vigilant after a deadly mass shooting in central Manhattan on Monday.

Representative Republicans New York City The House of Representatives warned that little is yet to be known about what led up to the incident, but she said she was “isolated.”

But she said it was another example of the dangers of the world today.

“It didn’t look like a random attack. He seemed motivated to go to that particular building, but everyone needs to stay vigilant. So in the world after 9/11, you know that you need to be always on alert, open your eyes and report any suspicious things,” Maritakis said.

She says it’s a “concernful” situation and the man was caught with a camera armed with an assault rifle walking into a building on Park Avenue and fired immediately.

“My heart breaks for my wife and this kids Police officerand all the families who lost their loved ones yesterday. People, you know, leave their homes, they go to work, they go to their normal routines, they don’t go home,” Mario Takis said.

“And while it’s obviously shocking and it’s heartbreaking, it also reminds us how vulnerable life is and how we need to stay vigilant as a community and a nation. Anything can happen anytime.”

Mario Takis urged fellow officials not to politicize the situation and said he hopes lawmakers will be explained by the mayor’s office and the New York Police Department (NYPD).

She said, “I think this person was probably not on the city’s radar, as he was from Nevada. The problem was that he was on the Nevada law enforcement or federal government radar due to a history of criminal activity or mental illness.”

“What was his motivation (did he have)? Has there been a history of being able to raise the red flag?” she asked.

The gunman, identified by police as 27-year-old Shane Tamra, is believed to have traveled from the western part of the United States to New York City, where he opened a fire and put on a gun after killing three people inside a corporate office building in midtown Manhattan.

Police said Tamra had a Las Vegas address and are believed to have “documented the history of mental health,” according to NYPD commissioner Jessica Tish.

Mayor Eric Adams said Fox 5 New York That Tamura, along with other organizations, appears to have been targeting the NFL, which the headquarters is located inside the building.

Several people have been killed, including police officers and Tamura himself, and several others have been injured.

Adams said the suicide notes of a man hinting at him suffering from chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). Despise the NFLthough he has never played in a professional league.

“We’re still looking into the suicide notes to Zero for precise reasons,” Adams said.
