A California man pleaded guilty to attempting to kill Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh
A California man angry at abortion and gun rights lawsuit pleaded guilty to attempting to kill us on Tuesday supreme court The Justice Department said at his Maryland home.
Nicholas John Rosuke, 29, of Simi Valley, flew from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. on June 7, 2022, with firearms and ammunition in a suitcase to target a high court judge.
“This calculated attempt on the lives of the US Supreme Court judges sitting on was a heinous attack on the court itself,” Attorney General Pamela Bondy said. “Anyone who thinks that violence or intimidation can be used to influence our courts is filled with the full power of the law and faces life in prison.”
After arriving in Washington, Rosuke took a taxi to Montgomery County, Maryland in the middle of the night. Intent to kill Authorities said Kavanaugh.

At about 1:05am on June 8, 2022, two deputy US formers protecting Kavanaugh’s home, Rosuke arrived in front of his residence. He was wearing black clothes and had a backpack and suitcase, prosecutors said.
The former US in the car went out as Rosuke began walking down the street.
Shortly afterwards, Rosuke called the Montgomery County Emergency Communication Center, carrying a gun in his suitcase, saying he had thoughts of murder and suicide, and flew from California to kill Kavanaugh.

Local authorities searched Rosuke’s suitcase and arrived at the scene where they found the firearm. Black tactical chest rig and tactical knife. Two magazines each containing 10 rounds of ammunition. 17 additional rounds. Pepper spray; Zip tie; Hammer; Driver. While questioned by investigators, Rosuke said he was upset by the recent Supreme Court draft decision on abortion rights and the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas.

“Rosuke showed he believes there are side-by-side justice he intended to kill. Second revision The prosecutor said in a court filing last week.
