Chelsea, Aston Villa and Barcelona are among several clubs that have been fined by the UEFA for violating financial regulations over the years ending in 2023 and 2024.
UEFA’s Club Financial Control Agency (CFCB) has determined that Chelsea must pay nearly £27 million, Barca £13 million and Villa £9.5 million.
