Anderson’s late penalty ensures the young lion’s semi-final location

England Under 21 continues the course to defend the European Championship Crown after goals from James McAtee, Harvey Elliott and Elliott Anderson.

The clash at Trvana was a repetition of England’s 2023 final, and the contest was just as tight.

England got their luck early before quick fire doubles from McAtee and Elliott controlled them.

Javi Guerra pulled one back for Spain before halftime, but they couldn’t find an equalizer and Anderson’s late penalty.

Fortune supports the UK

The UK was speeding from the block and in a few minutes they were all looking at the ocean.

Diego Lopez headed within the first minute, and the Valencia forward was also involved in the controversial moment with a shot hitting Charlie Creswell in the arm a minute later.

It looked like a routine handball, but referee Simone Sozza was advised by the VAR to go to the pitch side monitor, appropriately overturning his original decision.

The incident drove England into action, and after their first decent possession spell, they took the lead in the 10th minute.

Alex Scott’s left wing corner rounded around a Spanish six-yard box, with McCartey on his hands to thrust the ball into the house.

Scott shot narrowly before England doubled its advantage with the 15-hour mark.

Spain was surprised by Elliot’s score.

Jarrell Quanza ran for 40 yards to the edge edge of Spain, and Elliot was on hand to knock on the rebound when his shot was spilled by Alejandro Ithrbe.

Spain was shell-shocked, and a lovely play from Elliott and McAtee saw Tino Libramento add a third.

The Santi Denia team gradually returned to the game and was given a second penalty in a nine-minute break, which was standing.

Scott lost ownership at the edge of the area, and Alberto Moreira grabbed him with a loose ball and entered a box, covering him by Kansa’s extended legs.

Guerra showed a stunning cool cool as James Beadle dived the opposite way and casually slotted the ball into the lower right corner.

Both sides created opportunities after halftime. Adam Stansfield is stripped of the shot after a decent play from Omari Hutchinson, with Creswell turning the corner wide corner and Beadle makes a great double save on the other side to deny two gallas.

Anderson solves it

The game pursued a seemingly lost cause, but remained balanced until Jonathan Lowe reached the ball before overtaking Ittlebe and Sotzer pointed to the spot again, balancing until he went deep into stop time.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Anderson was surprisingly removed from the Starting XI, but he made no mistakes from the scene.

Next is a clash with the Dutch. The Dutch secured an astonishing 1-0 victory over Portugal.

Reuben van Bommel, the son of former Barcelona and Bayern Munich midfielder Mark, was sent off 21 minutes later.

Ten men ran fortune, with Ernest Pok scoring his only goal with six minutes remaining.
