Andrew and Dawn Searle: Family Grief after British Couple Dies in France

The couple’s bodies were found at 12:20 Thursday at their home in the village of Les Pesquies in the north of Toulouse.

The discovery was made by a neighbor. The neighbor went to check them out when they didn’t show up for a planned dog walk.

The area around their detached house is sealed while the investigation is underway, and local police are calling for the help of Toulouse experts.

Forensics officials searched the scene of crime on Thursday, where helicopters, drones, criminal investigation technicians and forensic doctors were deployed on the site.

No criminal cases have been opened so far, and police say there is no good theory about how the couple died.
