Anduril discusses raising up to $2.5 billion at a valuation of $28 billion


Just six months after defense technology Andrill raised a massive $1.5 billion round It is under discussion to raise an additional $2.5 billion at a valuation of up to $28 billion, with the company valued at $14 billion. He told CNBC.

Naturally, this agreement is not led by the Founders Fund. Anduril’s founder Palmer Luckey is the face of the company, but he nominated five men as co-founders, among his founder’s partner Trae Stephens. Founders Fund has been an Anduril investor from the start and led the seed round in 2017. He also co-led to Anduril’s 2024 fundraising.

The previous round was to help Andrill pay. A billion-dollar weapon built in Ohio MegaFactory. Sources also told CNBC it belongs to the company. Revenues doubled to $1 billion in 2024. Andrill declined to comment further.
