Aprio gets SND Partner
Aprio, a US-based business advisory and accounting firm, has acquired SND Partner, an accounting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
SND Partner specializes in affordable housing tax credits and housing and urban development audits.
The financial conditions for the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1989, SND Partner was created in response to the Tax Reform Act of 1986 and has since provided audit and tax services to a diverse customer base in the real estate and community development sector.
Located in Northern California, Southern California and Hawaii, the company serves both for-profit and non-profit organizations in the real estate and community development sector.

The acquisition will bring three SND partners and nine experts into Aprio’s team.
The SND team will continue to operate from the Bay Area.
Aprio is expected to acquire to increase its California presence by complementing its existing offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Walnut Creek.
