Mexico-based coke bottler Arca Continental has signed a deal to develop a US vending business.
The company is a Coca-Cola bottler in the Americas, and is to buy a Tulsa-based empire.
The financial terms of the transaction, announced in a brief submission on Bolsa Mexina do Valores, have not been revealed.
