As Wall Street runs recently, stocks go down
The S&P 500 fell 1%, with only 140 shares increasing in the day’s index. Nasdaq composites fell by 1.4%. The Dow fell 217 points, or 0.5%.
What began as a robbing stock in luxury technology on Monday is beginning to snowball. Tesla, Nvidia, Micron Technology, and Palantir Technologies were one of the worst stocks in S&P, but now the majority of the S&P sector is struggling. The market is waiting for a wave of major economic data releases and revenue reports scheduled for the coming days. Without major trade news, Wall Street has more time to digest last week’s run.
