Azari Meal Kit Review: Amazingly Delicious
My favorite meals focused on multiple textures and a variety of ingredients and created a truly dynamic salad type dish. The Adobo Pinto Beans and corn and poblano chili salad were the perfect lunch to eat on the first warm spring day of the year. Roasted poblano pepper, sweet corn, cabbage, brown rice and pinto beans worked well along with mild spinach and roasted jalapeno bean lunch dressing that could be drunk directly from the ramekin.
I still dream of a lemongrass shirataki bowl, a cold noodles salad dish that hits all the right elements of flavorful spices and various textures. The chilled rice noodles came with a lightly spicy marinated mince with sauteed vegetables and shattered pea protein. The refreshing cucumber, spinach, ginger, lemongrass and peanuts added a crispy texture, but the delicious, salty, slightly tangy homemade vegan “fish” sauce really put this together. This sauce got the same amazing super horse mi-flavored fish sauce using dynamic ingredients like coconut amino, date syrup, rice vinegar, lime juice, tahini, mushrooms and seaweed, but no pain. Sigh, I wish I could eat it again.

I’m not a breakfast person so thistle’s little fruit forward choice was perfect for me. The densely packed dried polenta almond cake was preserved by bright and sweet raspberry chia jam. The smoothie bowl, topped with blackberries and hibiscus and crispy coconut granola, was the perfect start to my day. The Super Seed & Berry Muesli Overnight Oats dish had good textured varieties, with the bright blue coconut and vanilla spirulina “milk” being a fun addition, but I would like a little more fruit to add a fresh element.
The cooked dinner meal was good, but not as complicated as the hearty salad. The chimichur sauce was an outstanding one of the single notebook pasta dishes with beans, artichokes, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Latin-inspired black beans, spinach, rice and plantain plates needed more acid or spices to invigorate it. Other snacks, like charcoal-grilled plates, fell a bit flat with vegetables beginning to dry out and funky vegan cheese with coarse texture. (However later that night, I had thistle vegan snatched with cheesecake with a mousse from Tahini Torres Lesh, perhaps the best vegan dessert I’d ever had.
There’s nothing perfect
In addition to the high price, it is now ruled out at 40% off (seriously, if you’re interested in this meal kit, I recommend trying it while it’s a huge discount) – I don’t have much grip on thistle.
When you sign up for a plan, you will receive a text with updates about the delivery and notify you when the delivery is deleted. I received a text notification that it had been dropped on a Sunday night, but when I checked it, nothing was delivered. The next day I found out that the delivery person would drop it on my neighbor instead. I had to wait a week until the next Sunday to receive another delivery. That was a shame as I had to go to the last minute grocery store a week ago on a busy Sunday night. In the future, I might choose to meet the delivery person in person, as I can guarantee that I will be fed that week.
