Be careful to paint and paint with AI: Microsoft adds new features, but not for everyone

Three long-standing classics from the Microsoft ecosystem are now available artificial intelligence It’s an extension, but not always available to everyone. With the update, Notepad users can write text using the generated AI;Paint users can now create AI-generated stickers. Snippet users can deploy the “Perfect Screenshot” feature.

However, Notepad AI updates can be made on Microsoft 365 or Copilot Pro New AI features for subscribers and paint Copilot Plus PC.

However, anyone can use the new snippet extension.

When AI is added to Notepad, Copilot is used. This is Microsoft’s “AI-powered Assistant” that allows you to search the Internet, answer any kind of questions and create documents. While in Notepad, users right-click anywhere in the document, select Write, and type text instructions. After AI generates the text, the user can choose to keep or discard the text.

To use the new write feature on NotePad, you must be either a Microsoft 365 or a Copilot Pro subscriber and use some of the assigned AI credits.
