Belgium and Ireland are a complete dramatic comeback
The fate of the league side of two or more countries was decided on Sunday night to determine whether the team will be promoted or left to join the second leg.
The topside, including France, Spain, Croatia, Germany, Italy and Portugal, were all involved in the quarterfinals, while others were trying to move up the league and edge, close to the possibility of competing for future trophies.
In one of the early kickoffs, Scotland saw time in the league approaching the end at the hands of Greece.
After taking a 1-0 lead from Athens, Steve Clark’s team collapsed under pressure and lost 3-0 at home.
Elsewhere, Slovenia defeated Slovak rivals to maintain their position in League B, and Slovakia remained in League C.
It took Adam Cerin an extra time to find the winner, but that was enough.
Serbia has overcome the fact that Austria is in the top division.

Belgium 3-0 Ukraine
Belgium staged a dramatic second half comeback to secure their place in the Nations League A by beating Ukraine 3-0 with Jenk.
Romell Lukaku starred in the brace as the host overturned a two-goal total fracture deficit to win 4-3 with both feet.
Despite being owned by Belgian rule, Ukrainian disciplined defense kept them at bay in the first half.
The best chance of the half came when Kaliuzhnyi almost brought the ball to his own net, but the post saved him from his own goal.
Meanwhile, Andriy Lunin made a key save, denying Hans Vanaken and Kevin de Bruyne maintaining their score level at halftime.
Belgium has announced a new urgency. In the 70th minute, the alternative Maxim de Cuipers made an immediate impact, sprinting around the house to give Belgian hope from Jeremy Doc’s assist.
Just five minutes later, De Bruyne delivered Lukaku’s Pinpoint Cross. Lukaku unleashed a great volley and leveled the tally score at 3-3.
With the extra time approaching, Belgium hit again in the 86th minute. De Bruyne’s clever flick released Vanaken, which slipped Lukaku in the finish line.
The striker held back the marker before firing past the Luin to complete the turnaround.
The hosts will masterfully manage the closing stages of the game to ensure survival in League A.

Ireland 2-1 Bulgaria
The Republic of Ireland won a 2-1 victory over Bulgaria with fierce Nations League fixtures at Aviva Stadium.
Adam Ida’s late goal completed the turnaround after the visitors took an early lead.
Bulgaria started brightly, stunning the hosts when Valentin Antov capitalized in the corner in the 30th minute, finishing from close range and proceeding along his side.
Ireland responded in an emergency, but struggled to break down the determined Bulgarian defense before halftime.
Stephen Kenney’s team rejuvenated after the break, and their tenacity was rewarded in the 63rd minute. With an accurate through-ball from Finn Azaz, Evan Ferguson slotted the ball into the top corner to level the score 1-1. The equalizer injected fresh energy into the Irish side and continued to move forward in search of a winner.
The breakthrough arrived in 84 minutes. Ida attacked with a counterattack, quietly finishing from the center of the box to put Ireland first.
At the closure, Bulgaria pressed an equalizer, and Radoslav Kirilov lurked deep and deep in the halt.
