BK Plus gets UK accounting practices and reads Milburn
BK Plus has acquired North Shields accounting practice Read Milburn to strengthen its foothold within the UK’s Northeast region.
Read Milburn serves a wide range of businesses and charities.
The company is attracting attention for providing customized advice through accounting, taxation, payroll and company secretary functions.

The acquisition is expected to expand the range of services available to clients in the region, BK Plus said.
Read Milburn clients will continue to receive familiar support while gaining access to additional services such as corporate finance and specialized tax planning.
The move complemented BK Plus’s existing business in Jesmond, Newcastle, and established one of the first regional offices outside the Midlands.
The integration of the Lead Millburn team into the Jesmond office is expected to provide greater support available to small and medium-sized businesses in Northeast.
