Baldoni’s team could work to find “weaknesses” in Lively’s accusations, several legal experts told Fox News Digital. Judge Lewis Liman ruled that Lively’s deposition could take place in an unpublished location of her choice.
“Bardoni’s team hopes to get admission from her about the weaknesses and information of her case to help her defend,” explained Kamron Douratshahi, an employment and honor and loss law lawyer.
“For example, they probably dive deep into her jokes and videos of flirting with Bardoni, making her admit that they are doing so rather than feeling uncomfortable, as her representatives claim.”

Texas-based Jed Wallace, who was appointed in Lively’s original lawsuit, was dismissed from the lawsuit by a judge earlier this month “without bias,” according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The Lively legal team claimed Wallace “has armed the digital military across the country, including New York and Los Angeles, to create, manipulate and advance the species, which appear to look authentic on social media platforms and internet chat forums.
Lively’s legal team dropped subpoenas for three YouTubers, Kassidy O’Connell, McKenzie Folks and Lauren Neidigh, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The deposition of Lively case According to entertainment lawyer Tre Lavel, Bardoni’s “one opportunity” for the actor is to “lock in” the film star’s testimony.

The focus of Bardoni’s legal team lies in the “contradiction” between Lively’s claims during the deposit and her actual lawsuit, former federal prosecutor Neema Ramani pointed out.
“The deposition may reveal contradictions in the general public, produce perpetual evidence of testimony at trial and reveal facts that support Bardoni’s argument in the case,” Ramani told Fox News Digital.
“In this case, specifically, Bardoni’s lawyers want to have creative control or communication with third parties that may undermine their agreement about their decision-making authority and that they have creative control or communication with third parties that may undermine allegations of sexual harassment.

Experts said it is likely that Fox News Digital Lively has made a fierce preparation with her own lawyer.
“They explain to her the typical objections that the other side has filed, such as privilege, ambiguity, ambiguity, speculation, and more.
