a California man After compiling a list of federal officials as targets for assassination, the white supremacist and member of a cross-border terrorist group faces federal accusations, according to the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
The DOJ said Noarum, 24, was charged with eight counts, each with three counts in connection with his work on a conspiracy, three counts seeking murder of federal officials and murder of DOXX federal officials, and his work on a hit list of “high-value targets” for assassinations.
“The defendant worked with members of the online Terrorgram Collective to create a list of assassination targets,” said US lawyer Michele Beckwith. “The individuals on the list were Targeted for racereligion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity including federal employee.
The unsealed indictment on Wednesday alleges that Lam is a member of the Terrorgram Collective, which runs the digital messaging platform Telegram.

The group is said to use Telegram to promote racially or ethnically motivated violent extremism, the DOJ said.
“Members of Terrorgram Collective believe that white races are superior. Society is irredeemably corrupt and cannot be saved by political action. And violence and terrorism are necessary to ignite racial wars and accelerate the collapse of government and the rise of white ethnic groups,” the DOJ said.
Lamb has been accused of allegedly conspired with members of the group to create and spread assassination hit lists that include “high-value targets” that include federal, state and local officials.

Also on this list, the accusations are leaders of private companies and non-governmental organizations.
The indictment alleges that all individuals on the list were targeted because of race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity.
“The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division is committed to actively pursuing people engaged in hate-fueled conspiracy and terrorist threats,” said the Attorney General. Hermeet K. Dillon Of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, he said. “We will use all the tools available to protect the civil rights of all Americans and to ensure justice for those targeted for such heinous conduct.”
Federal prosecutors announced charges in September 2024 against Dallas Humber, 34, of Elk Grove, California, and Matthew Allison, 37, of Boise, Idaho.

The indictments against Humber and Allison allege that they are both leaders of the “terrogram group.”
Federal prosecutors said at the time the channel was used to promote “white supremacist acceleratorism,” and the idea that violence and terrorism were “necessary to ignite racial wars, to accelerate the collapse of government and the rise of white ethnic gardens.”
The indictment accused two of them of recruiting followers via telegram channels Attacks the enemy of white people, including “high-value” targets such as government buildings, energy facilities and politicians.

DOJ officials said the pair used the app to send bomb creation instructions, distributed a list of potential targets for assassinations, including federal judges, senators and former US lawyers, and to celebrate the act or plot from active “terrogram” users.
Alison and Humber pleaded not guilty to the charges they had against them.
