Columbia University administrators file lawsuit against protesters who occupy Hamilton Hall

“These conspirators have created and distributed hand-drawn maps and diagrams of Hamilton Hall, producing other suggestions of sophisticated and coordinated attacks at Hamilton Hall.
Before taking over Hamilton Hall, protesters are said to have agreed to “blackmail, harass, bribe, intimidate, intimidate and/or abuse such employees” which poses a threat to the plan.
As part of a plan to take over Hamilton Hall, the lawsuit says protesters had gathered information about the building in advance and even had detailed maps that included locations for fire extinguishers, water fountains and electrical panels. The document also set the location of “heavy equipment that can be used to strengthen the building, such as podiums, tables, and benches.”
Protesters participating in the encouraged “criminal and/or terrorist activities” were asked to wear face coverings and dark clothing, the documents said.

According to the lawsuit, one of the defendants, James Carlson, 41, allegedly pushed Torres. Carlson also said he was allegedly threatened Torres, saying, “I’m going to take 20 guys here — you.”
“I’m here,” Torres is said to have said as Carlson retreated.
Carlson’s attorney, Robert Gottlieb, told Fox News Digital that the allegations in the lawsuit were false.
“The claims against Carlson are patently false and defamatory. Carlson is a Jewish Armenian and is vehemently opposed to the genocide targeting a large number of people. He never spoke out. Anti-Semitic Slurp He physically attacked or threatened the plaintiff at any time. The protester in the photo included in the complaint is not Mr. Carlson, and we prove it,” Gottlieb said.
Both custodians claimed they suffered from physical injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the acquisition of Hamilton Hall. According to the lawsuit, their injuries prevented Torres and Wilson from returning to work.
Although the group was not appointed as defendants in the lawsuit, national judicial students in the Palestine, the AJP Education Foundation, the Palestinian Network, the WESPAC Foundation, and the People’s City Council’s Judicial School have all been accused of planning anti-Semitic actions on the Columbia campus.
Former Attorney General Bill Barwho is Trudon Law’s partner, who represents the custodian, said the custodian “has realized he was a victim of a hateful, planned attack.”
