NFL cheerleaders generally don’t make much money. However, the Dallas Cowboys cheer squad will list more pockets for the 2025 season.

Cowboys cheerleaders did not reveal the number of hard numbers related to salary increases. They didn’t even discuss what they had made before.
But that’s the end of a long battle. In 2018, former cheerleader Erica Wilkins sued the team for an unfair salary, saying that she received a flat rate of $7 per hour and $200 per game. The case was settled out of court the following year, with hourly wages not rising significantly over the years between them.
